Shipping & Returns

Each Wishmad piece is made to order and hand-finished before it ships. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery, returns and caring for your jewellery.

Delivery

Made-to-order pieces are crafted within 5–10 days, then dispatched with insured, tracked shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently deliver to the UAE and the USA only. Delivery times begin once your made-to-order piece is finished. Duties and taxes for orders shipped to the USA are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn, non-personalised pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Personalised and made-to-order items (custom letters, names and engravings) are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty.
To start a return, email hello@wishmad.com with your order number.

Jewellery care

With a little care, your Wishmad piece will last for years.

Remove jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising.
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion and cleaning products — apply these before putting your jewellery on.
Store pieces separately in the pouch provided to prevent scratches.
Polish gently with a soft, dry cloth. We also offer complimentary lifetime cleaning — just get in touch.
